Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding Sundays and weekends.
Items normally ship via UPS Economy (SurePost), a service which partners with the USPS for residential delivery. Actual transit times are 2 to 7 days from shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our shop.
OneWake currently ships exclusively to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to freight forwarders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items free of charge within 30 days of original purchase. To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition in original packaging.
For products returned from 30-90 days after purchase, store credit will be issued.
